The fraudsters may falsely present themselves as BDAI’s Office Bearers/employees/customer service representatives/agents. 

Please refrain from transferring any money / providing any details to such persons, before verifying their authenticity.

Do not provide any sensitive information / make any payment(s) as a fee/charge through any web link / other modes of communication.

BDAI shall not be held liable/responsible for any claims, losses, damages, expenses, or other inconvenience resulting from or in any way connected to these fraudulent activities.

If you believe you are the victim of fraud resulting from such activities, you may report to local law enforcement authorities; and, if you prefer, you may alert BDAI as well. 

However, BDAI, solely at its discretion, may take reasonable steps to support any legal proceedings initiated against individuals undertaking such fraudulent activities.
